You have the flexibility to customize server configurations and deploy the packages you need to meet your specific project needs. Use it absolutely for any application deployment as long as you honor our fair use policy; it doesn’t need to be a website.

How many websites could be hosted on my cloud server, and are there any restrictions?
You will receive control panel access and other essential packages just like our shared web hosting plans. Control Panel allows you to configure Mem and vCPU shares for websites as a package.
We allow a maximum of 20 websites, unlimited email boxes, and unlimited subdomains for the smallest Happy package, and on bigger configurations by default, you can host up to 100 websites, and yes you always upgrade the number of websites for more. Please contact Sales for a quote. Capacity largely depends on how you allocate resources and consumption per site.
Is free migration available with PopaCloudHost?
Yes, PopaCloudHost offers free migration tools for websites hosted on cPanel and Plesk platforms.
Can I resell websites hosted on a dedicated cloud server?
Yes, you can resell websites hosted on a dedicated cloud server, provided your plan has sufficient resources to support multiple sites. The number of sites you can resell depends on the server’s capacity and plan purchased.
Can I host separate applications on the cloud Server?
Yes, our cloud web hosting is meant not only for web hosting, unlike other vendors. As mentioned before, you receive admin Sudo access and can manage your server and install any applications.
Explain more about backup on a cloud server.
Our managed services include maintaining your system backup (OS configuration files) and 20 GB of free disk space for local website backups, with copies retained for the last 30 days, excluding other hosted applications.
Do I get a free CDN for my website under this package?

All our plans come with NvMe SSD storage, using AMD EPYC chips with superior processing power and DDR5 RAM so rest assured that you will get the best IO performance all the time. How many Control Panel accounts will I get?
Unlike cPanel-based providers like Bluehost, we impose no limits on the number of accounts and don’t charge extra fees—giving you the freedom to create as many users as you need, a clear advantage over restrictive alternatives.
How much bandwidth comes with a Cloud Server hosting plan?
Inbound traffic to your compute instance caps at ~40 Gbps, with outbound at ~4 Gbps. All plans include at least 4 TB of monthly data transfer, starting from 4 TB for the smallest setup and scaling to multiple terabytes for the largest.
I have a Litespeed/Nginx Webserver License; can I use it?

Do you provide support for Mozilla Hubs VR CE?
We offer you the tool to make installations easy and will help with OS and Kubernetes-related support. Mozilla Hubs CE is open source, and for any functional issues, you are advised to connect with the Mozilla Hubs Vibrant community.
Can We also Host Web Hosting on the Hubs CE Server?
Although we don’t recommend and support it, you can host any application including HTTP if you wish with some port changes. Our Web hosting plans are not compatible together with Hubs which is hosted on Kubernetes. You can procure another Cloud server with a Web Hosting Plan for the best experience.
What kind of Console and feature are bundled?
Mozilla Hubs has its admin console and We provide you with a “sudo” Linux account. You can make any changes using sudo root privileges and administer your host. The server also comes with an in-built firewall capability that protects your instance from Malicious IPs which blocks all kinds of traffic from such IPs. The instance also comes with failed SSH login jails for all IPS that get blocked temporarily for a limited time if there is a failed malicious login attempt consecutively. The server is also configured with auditing and accounting services.
How Standard and Premium Plans are different?

I exceed my allotted bandwidth. How much do I pay?
Additional transfer usage that exceeds this monthly allotment starts at $0.005/GB (or $5/TB) depending on the service’s region. The subsequent invoice will incorporate any additional data transfer usage accrued throughout the month. Please note that all inbound traffic is free and will not count against your quota.
Does pricing differ for servers in different regions?
Currently, all packages in all regions except Brazil and Indonesia are priced the same. We also try to keep the pricing of offerings the same, but it’s possible for minor changes without prior notification.
Can I buy more disk space?
Yes, absolutely. You can always buy extra disk space, i.e., block storage, in our store, and you can always scale up to fit your growing needs. There is no limit to it. We can also assist you in setting it up on your server, for FREE.
How much does an additional block storage volume cost, and What are the performance metrics?
Block Storage Volumes start at $0.10/GB per month, ranging from 10GB to 10,000GB, with prices varying by data center. You’ll get sustained throughput up to 350 MB/s (525 MB/s in 60-second bursts) and consistent IOPS up to 8,000 (12,000 in bursts)—outperforming and undercutting other hyperscalers.
Can I upgrade my hosting to a higher plan?
You can always upgrade your server and your plan to all possible options.
Can I downgrade my hosting to a lower plan?
You can downgrade your server or plan, but it’s not recommended if you’re handling large data or heavy workloads, as a smaller disk or compute capacity might not suffice. We’ll help you decide what’s best—contact us through support tickets.
The server was shut down for a few days; does it save money?
